I'm not telling you anything you haven’t already discovered for yourself: spending time outside is fundamental for mental health. Surround yourself with nature. Human eyes are attracted to fractals - repeatable patterns - which naturally usher a sense of peace. The steady rhythm of ocean waves, peaceful bird calls, and the gentle rustling of leaves also provide a natural calming balm for our nervous system. These patterns and rhythms of nature were gifted to us. It’s as if Someone knew we’d need them to carry us through this life. Take time to get outside as often as you can. And remember – there’s no such thing as bad weather. Only bad gear!
